When does it actually start working for my shop?+
We're pre-launch and still completing carrier approval (A2P 10DLC) — so we're not putting a hard go-live date on it yet, and we won't promise one we can't keep. Once approved, onboarding a shop is mostly that carrier wait plus dedicated number provisioning, branded Privacy + Terms pages, and AI tuning to your tone + hours, and we stay on the line through your first 30 days of live conversations. Join the waitlist and we'll give you a real date the moment we have one. Founding pricing is locked for 12 months from your go-live.
What if my customers don't want to talk to AI?+
Every conversation opens with 'AI assistant here on behalf of [your business] — what's going on?' We never pretend to be a person. Customers can text STOP any time. In practice, most customers don't care who's typing — they care that someone replied in 30 seconds instead of 30 minutes.
How fast does the text actually go out?+
Sub-30 seconds in the vast majority of cases — the first message is a deterministic greeting, so there's no AI latency. It ships the moment the missed call is detected. The AI takes over from message two.
Will the AI quote prices or schedule jobs?+
No. The AI is locked down to gather job type, urgency, address, and callback window. It deflects pricing and scheduling questions back to you. Quoting prices over SMS without you in the loop is how trades businesses get burned.
What if I want to cancel?+
After the 3-month minimum, cancel any time with 15 days written notice. No auto-renew. We'll export your data and release your phone number to you.
How is my customers' data used?+
It's not shared with anyone except the services that operate this product (Twilio for SMS, Anthropic for the AI). It's not used to train AI models. It's not sold. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
What about integrations?+
V0 (today) is white-glove: we onboard you manually, set up your number, configure the workflow. V1 (later this year) adds direct Jobber, Housecall Pro, and Workiz integrations so qualified leads flow into your FSM automatically.
Is this TCPA-compliant?+
Yes. A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration are mandatory before your first SMS goes out — we handle that. STOP/HELP suppression propagates within seconds. Audit logs retained 4+ years. We separate transactional and marketing flows in code. Every customer gets their own carrier registration so spending and compliance stay clean.
