Loopcall LLC ("Loopcall," "we," "us," or "our") operates an automated SMS text-back service. You receive a text message from Loopcall because you called Loopcall's published business phone number and we could not answer your call live — so we text you back from that same number to help with what you called about (answer your question, take details, or help schedule).

How to reach us — and how opt-in works

If we can't pick up live, Loopcall sends you one automated text reply from that same number to continue your request. By calling this number, you agree to receive SMS replies from Loopcall about your inquiry — this is the opt-in. Message frequency varies by conversation. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation — typically 1–8 messages over 24–72 hours, and only about the request you started.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier, depending on your mobile plan. Loopcall does not charge you for messages.

Opt-out and help

• Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. Opt-out is free and takes effect within seconds.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@loopcall.io.

AI assistance

Replies may be generated with the assistance of automated / AI systems, and they identify themselves as such in the first message of each conversation. A real person can take over the conversation at any time.

We never sell or share your number
